All Appropriate Inquiry All Appropriate Inquiry provides the first step toward obtaining EPA liability protection. This EPA rule provides a significantly more in-depth assessment of a property than previous requirements. The assessment is required to be completed by a licensed, qualified individual. Michaels Engineering meets this requirement by using a licensed professional engineer with over ten years of experience for these assessments. All Appropriate Inquiry assessments include all of the information obtained by the other assessment types and include much more detail than the other types, such as addressing any gaps in available data, more environmental database searches, and site Activity and Use Limitations (AULs), among other additional requirements. |
