Baker, will speak at ACG High Performance Buildings 2007 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center in Nashville, Tennessee, April 19-20, 2007. Mr. Baker's presentation is entitled "IAQ and Ventilating Systems: Common Findings". During this discussion, Wane will present a “Baker’s dozen” of his common findings—from deferred maintenance to inadequate filtration to previous building codes—that, when properly addressed, invariably improve indoor air quality and building performance.
