St. Paul / Minneapolis Chapter of the IAQA to Host Workshop
|
St. Paul, MN - September 4, 2008
- The St. Paul / Minneapolis Chapter of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) will hold a workshop on October 14, 2008. Topics include "Employee Right-To-Know (ERK)" and "Fungal Investigation Protocol", followed by a roundtable discussion on Fungal Sampling.
ERK is Minnesota's version of Federal OSHA's Hazard Communication Regulation. In this segment of the workshop, attendees will learn how to identify which requirements in the ERK
standard are applicable to their operations and how to comply with the applicable
requirements.
During the "Fungal Investigation Protocol" segment of this workshop, attendees will learn about The Great Sampling Debate, the Minnesota Department of Health Prospective on Fungal Sampling, and Interpreting Fungal Sample Results.
