Program Management

Michaels’ staff has designed, implemented, and managed most types of utility DSM programs including:

·       Commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs including rebates programs, shared savings programs, and information programs. 

·       Residential programs spanning the spectrum from audits to rebates to financing.  These programs have addressed residential, multi-family, and income qualified utility customers.

·       Small business programs that have combined rebates with “on bill” short term financing.

Governmental programs designed to assist governmental entities with energy cost savings, reduction of carbon footprint, and bringing energy efficiency to residents and businesses.
