Energy Savings Measurement and Verification  

Michaels provides measurement and verification of savings, primarily for the evaluation of utility programs. In recent years Michaels has annually provided over 100 engineering analysis and field measurement and verification services for projects that were implemented under large C&I programs. Michaels also provides M&V services for residential program evaluations.

Michaels experience with regulatory reporting and involvement with many program evaluations enable us to seamlessly support the evaluation process for both program evaluation consultants and utilities.

Also under the M&V service umbrella, Michaels has developed M&V plans for LEED^® projects and for end users to verify savings for specific energy-saving projects.

Michaels has acquired a trove of instrumentation and data logging equipment during the course of these projects that is ready for your program or project.
