Michaels Engineering is seeking microbiology,
biology and related majors (full or part-time seniors or grad students)
interested in a spring/summer internship in our Indoor Air Quality Division.
This position is designed as an internship with the intent to transition
into full-time employment upon graduation.
Qualifications:
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be willing to train part-time
during the school year and work full-time during the summer
About the Indoor Air Quality Division
Michaels Engineering is a leading national
provider of indoor air quality services for commercial, industrial,
institutional, educational and residential markets. Our indoor air
quality (IAQ) division consists of experienced Licensed Professional
Engineers, Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), and Graduate
Microbiologists.
Michaels investigates and resolves concerns related to the indoor
environment, helping to assure the comfort and well-being of employees
and other occupants. We offer proven expertise in collecting and
interpreting fungal and bacterial samples, identifying the underlying
causes of microbial proliferation, and managing remediation of microbial
reservoirs. The IAQ team also provides comprehensive indoor air quality
assessments, litigation support, ventilation system performance testing,
and customized IAQ management plans.
