LEED^® Facilitating

LEED^® project facilitating begins with derivation of sustainable design goals that the client/building owner want to achieve with their construction project. We provide insightful, objective feedback regarding costs and benefits of design elements that may be of interest to the owner.

From the initial design-goals charrette, costs and benefits are continuously developed and refined through the design process prior to construction. We communicate continuously with the owner and design team to manage expectations, avoid unpleasant surprises, and minimize costs and schedule delays.

Michaels has facilitated design processes for numerous energy efficient, sustainable designs including many new construction design assistance and LEED^® projects. We facilitate the design process on behalf of the owner's interests, goals, and objectives.
