Visual Survey

The first step will be a brief review of facility operations, maintenance activities, pest management practices and housekeeping procedures with appropriate school staff. A walk-through survey of the building will then be conducted to identify potential indicators of concern.  These indicators may include:

• visual evidence of moisture problems or microbiological contamination

• the presence of unusual odors

• locations of specific pollutant sources

• pollutant pathways and pressure differentials

• inadequate ventilation or air movement

• excessive settled dust

Our walk-through survey will also include a photographic record of critical observations for reference in our written report.
